Hi Alison, I googled this old recipe today so i could copy & paste it into a email for a friend. It beats writing it out letter by letter.

I'm glad you enjoy this recipe, I absolutely LOVE it!! I remember this time in my life VERY vividly both mum and i were very sick, I with constant bouts of phemonia and mum with her comications from Lupus, we had no idea what we were going to do, something had to give, i was to sick to keep caring for mum & she couldn't manage on her own.

Together we made this recipe and in the 15 years since, neither one of us has had a serious flu or cold since infact aside from medical dissorders neither of us gets sick & EVERYTIME i hear of someone who keeps getting sick or can't get over something i reccomed this recipe and with out fail, their health always improves 100%

Neither my family & friends nor myself would do with out this recipe now.

All the best

Hiya,

I have a version of this that uses Miso as the base for the soup rather than chicken stock. Just as yummy and works really well!

That looks like an interesting soup. If onions disagree with you, try leeks. They have a nice flavour which I find works well in soups. Onions are a bit overpowering. Plus, they are low impact on the system as far as sensitivities go. Also, brown rice is a healthy alternative to wheat pasta. Keep on cookin'. :)
